About Manoj Madaan

Manoj Madaan is a TEDx Speaker, writer, storyteller, executive coach, meditation coach, and seasoned corporate leader who has held senior roles in strategy, finance, and operations—including CFO India, Deputy to a Global COO, and Center Head.

His debut book, Deputy, explores the invisible architecture of leadership—the unseen forces, unspoken responsibilities, and often-uncredited individuals who shape outcomes behind the spotlight. Rooted in the philosophy of conscious leadership, Manoj’s work invites readers to look beyond what is visible, recognise what truly drives success, and appreciate the quiet power of those who stand just behind the front line.

A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Manoj is also a graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce. He has worked with leading organisations such as EY, COWI, and Deloitte. His articles have been featured on platforms like NASSCOM, CXO Today, and LinkedIn. He is also an active member in various industry bodies including NASSCOM, contributing regularly to conversations on leadership, capability building, and organisational transformation.

Manoj is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Coach, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Emotional Intelligence Coach, and a trained meditation teacher with accreditation from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, S-VYASA University, and the Buddha CEO Quantum Foundation. His study of numerology and vaastu at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan further enriches his understanding of human behaviour and decision-making.

In his personal life, Manoj is an ISKCON follower, nature enthusiast, avid traveller, and lifelong seeker of spiritual wisdom. Through Deputy, he inspires readers to honour the unseen contributors and embrace a deeper, more conscious way of leading.

Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge, and awakening their conscious intelligence.

Vision for the Next Twenty Years

My focus has shifted from building balance sheets to building leaders. Over the next two decades, I am dedicated to developing conscious leaders—individuals who bridge the gap between business excellence and profound inner awareness. Through writing, speaking, and mentoring, my goal is to create meaningful, lasting impact on the future of corporate leadership.
